Lavish Interior works out of Ashok Rajpath, opposite Pillar No. 59, taking on complete home interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings and commercial fit-outs across Patna.
Every project is drawn before it is built. You see the layout and the 3D view, approve a written quotation against a material list, and then the same team carries the work through carpentry, ceiling, electrical coordination, polish and finishing — so nothing is lost between a designer and a contractor.
- Drawings before decisions. Floor plan, elevations and 3D views so you can judge the space before any material is cut.
- A quotation you can read. Item-wise rates with the ply grade, laminate brand, hardware and finish written down.
- Site supervision by us. Carpenters, POP and electrical work coordinated by our own team, not handed off.

L-shaped, U-shaped, parallel and island layouts in BWP ply or HDHMR, with soft-close hardware, tall units, chimney and hob provision.

Sliding and openable wardrobes, lofts, walk-ins, study and crockery units planned around what you actually store.
False ceiling & lighting
POP and gypsum ceilings with cove lighting, profile lights and spot layouts drawn to the furniture plan, not fitted afterwards.
TV units & panelling
Feature walls in veneer, louvre, fluted panels, PVC or wallpaper, with concealed wiring and display lighting built in.
Shops, offices & clinics
Commercial fit-outs — retail counters and display, cabins and workstations, clinic reception and waiting areas, signage coordination.

Every scope begins as a drawn elevation — the wall exactly as it will be built, with each shutter, niche and light in place. These are the four we draw most often in Patna homes.
How a project runs
Five stages, in order
Site visit
We measure the flat or shop, note beam drops, window positions and plumbing points, and talk through how each room gets used.
Design
Layout, elevations and 3D views. You see the wardrobe internals and the ceiling plan before anything is approved.
Quotation
Item-wise rates against a written material list — ply grade, laminate, hardware brand and finish — with a payment schedule.
Execution
Carpentry, POP, electrical coordination and polish run to a dated schedule, supervised by our own team with weekly site updates.
Handover
Snag list closed, hardware checked shutter by shutter, site cleaned, and the warranty terms handed over in writing.
Written into the quotation
Materials are a decision, not a surprise.
The grade of ply, the make of the hinge and the finish on the shutter are what a kitchen is still worth in five years. We put the choice in front of you and write it into the quotation, so there is nothing to argue about at handover.
